Palouse Light
For my second foray into the Palouse in 2023, I decided to photograph in the evening instead of the morning to see how the different angle of the sun would affect the landscape. The types of cloud that form at the end of a warm day are also different than those in the cool of early morning, and the dappled light shining between the clouds provided additional interest. As with my first set, I found that some photos taken with a long lens in the golden light shortly before sunset appeared almost like an oil pastel painting.
Thanks for joining me on this evening trip into the Palouse.
